What we collect

If you contact us through this website we receive your name, contact details and message. If you are a customer, supplier or landlord we keep your name, contact details, address, the location of fields we work on, the work done, invoices and payments, and lease agreements.

Why

To answer enquiries, do and invoice the work, pay suppliers and rent, and meet our tax and accounting duties. Lawful bases: contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interests (running and securing our business).

Who sees it

Our staff who need it; CoApps Ltd, who builds and runs our day-book app; our web hosting and e-mail provider (GoDaddy, servers in the EU (France)); Google (the website contact form, which is sent through Google Apps Script); our accountants and the Revenue Commissioners when required. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long

Six years after our relationship ends (Irish tax law), then we review it and remove or anonymise it. Website enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it (where we are not required to keep it), to restrict or object to its use, or for a portable copy. We answer within one month. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission, www.dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It loads fonts and pictures from other servers, which see your IP address.
